Where is my package?
After placing your order:
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery time: 8–12 business days (Germany & Austria)
If your delivery is delayed, please contact our customer service.
Note: All orders are packaged discreetly, with no indication of the contents.
Where can I find my tracking code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.
Please also check your spam folder.
It may take a few hours for the tracking link to become active.
How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order:
- Open the email containing your tracking code
- Click on the link, or
- Enter the tracking number on our tracking page
I am not satisfied with my order

For hygiene reasons, only unused and originally packaged products can be returned.
