Order Cancellation
We take pride in processing orders quickly.
Most orders are processed within 12 hours.

Since most items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is important to contact us within this timeframe so we can attempt to cancel your order before processing.
Once an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please also note that your order may be shipped from multiple warehouses.
Therefore, partial deliveries may occur.
In this case, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for each item from the date you receive the respective product.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address.

Changes are only possible if your order has not yet been processed.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Undeliverable shipments
- Refused deliveries
In such cases, the package may be returned to us (but not always).
If your order is returned to us, we offer:
- A refund excluding shipping costs
or - A reshipment (at your expense)
A refund or reshipment is only possible once we have received the returned goods.
Delivery Times
You can continue to order online from Nerlova, and we will deliver your products as usual.
The average delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.
Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases.
If you have not received your order within 40 business days, we will issue a full refund.
